Amanda Barker is the Clean Energy Program Coordinator at Green Energy Consumers Alliance, a nonprofit based in Massachusetts and Rhode Island working to speed a just transition to a zero-carbon world. She coordinates programs that educate consumers about clean energy technologies like heat pumps and supports advocacy efforts to decarbonize economy wide, especially in the building sector.

Senior Attorney & Director of Clean Buildings, Conservation Law Foundation

Jamie Rhodes is a Senior Attorney and Director of the Clean Buildings Program for Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) out of their Providence, Rhode Island office. This position includes researching and sharing best practices and emerging issue with clean building advocates across the six states in which CLF is active. Within Rhode Island, he is the lead advocate in electric regulatory cases, including intervening in regulatory proceedings and engaging with the General Assembly on related bills and proposals.
