As Associate Executive Director of COPAL, Carolina brings over seven years of experience with the organization. She has led COPAL’s communications and environmental justice work and now guides its development efforts. Through coalition building, policy advocacy, and strategic storytelling, Carolina works to uplift the voices of Latin American communities and drive meaningful change that improves their quality of life.
